FIX MY WATCH repairs are fully quality controlled before they leave our workshop by one of our highly skilled and experienced watch repairers. If a watch repaired or serviced by us is used in a normal fashion and it develops a fault due to the repairs we have undertaken, we take responsibility to put right any faults.
Should parts fitted by FIX MY WATCH be incorrectly fitted or become damaged due to incorrect fitting, FIX MY WATCH will replace the damage parts or rectify the repair by correcting the fitting.
Should we need to have your watch returned to our workshop, FIX MY WATCH will cover the postage costs and arrange collection by courier.
Where watch movements have specified timekeeping criteria, identified by the brand such as COSC movements, FIX MY WATCH will adjust the timing parameters if these do not meet specification within three-months following a repair.
