A Watch is one of the most complex instruments in the world and with so many variants on design, format and manufacturing; it takes true experts with extensive knowledge and experience to provide high quality watch repairs across a multitude of brands.
We have a state-of-the-art workshop based just outside Manchester fully equipped with 14 watchmaker benches, each with a watchmaker expertly trained across a variety of different brands and watch types.
Our bookings team and customer service departments are on-hand to ensure you always have someone to chat about your watch with. Unlike other watch repair companies where it’s like sending a message in a bottle, we pride ourselves in providing you with the best customer service, whether it’s about the faults with your watch, updates on a repair or to alleviate any concerns – just give us a call or email in.
