What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time (e.g. straps, batteries, crowns, pushers, gaskets etc.).
  • Accidental damage
  • Damage as a result of use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Damage caused by not carrying out the recommended watch maintenance.
  • Damage from external sources such as transit, weather
  • Failures caused by circumstances outside of FIX MY WATCH’s control.
  • Faults caused by negligent use, misuse, neglect or careless operation of the watch;
  • Use of parts and accessories which are not FIX MY WATCH approved components or genuine brand components.
  • Faulty assembly or installation (except where carried out by FIX MY WATCH).
  • Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than FIX MY WATCH or its authorised agents.
