At the heart of it, Fix My Watch is built on how we think people should be treated.
If we were fixing washing machines or boilers or mobile phones, we’d still run things the same way, with care, with clarity, and with respect. It just so happens that we love watches which is why we repair watches. We love watches, not because they tell the time, but because of what they mean to the people who wear them.
That’s why we’re passionate about doing things properly.
We believe people deserve clear, honest information. They should know what’s going on, what it’ll cost, and how long it’ll take.
They shouldn’t have to chase for updates or pay upfront for the privilege of being ignored.
So we’ve built something different:

We have a state-of-the-art workshop based just outside Manchester fully equipped with 14 watchmaker benches, each with a watchmaker expertly trained across a variety of different brands and watch types.
Our bookings team and customer service departments are on-hand to ensure you always have someone to chat about your watch with.
Unlike other watch repair companies where it’s like sending a message in a bottle, we pride ourselves in providing you with the best customer service, whether it’s about the faults with your watch, updates on a repair or to alleviate any concerns – just give us a call or email in.
