That is why we want you to relax when your watch is with us and why we employ the services of the UK’s leading watch and jewellery insurers, T.H. March. Whether your watch is in transit to us, at our service centre, or on its way back to you, your watch is covered.
Watches are insured up to their current market value, not the original value at the point of purchase. If a watch becomes lost or damaged beyond repair, we may choose to replace your watch with a like-for-like. If a new watch is not available, a preowned like-for-like model may be obtained.
