Can’t speak highly enough of the “fix my watch” team! EXCELLENT customer service! Special shout out to Jodie who was amazing! I had a michael Kors watch that needed a repair and the whole process from start to finish was exceptionally pleasant! From my first interaction with Jodie, her excellent customer service, warmth and transparency of up-front costs, I was extremely impressed. The clear instructions she gave regarding packaging of my watch were very helpful, and the speed of collection, confirmation of receipt, repair, and return, has made dealing with the “fix my watch” team an extremely pleasant experience. I will certainly be using their services again!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Great service. Sent my Tag for a service and a new battery. Collection and return was seamless, all done securely through DHL. Excellent communication, I was kept informed on the progress of the repair and when I would receive my watch back. I have no hesitation in recommending Fixmywatch.

First time I’ve used this company and won’t be the last, very competitive price lot cheaper than using tag Heuer, had a new battery and reseal done, the courier picked up my watch from home and delivered it back to me in a nice padded case.great service and also they messaged me to let me know at what different stages the watch was at, will definitely be using these guys again, brilliant thank you David Clark.

Amazing service. I was blown away by the ease of interaction, from order through collection, tracking of progress all the way to delivery back to me. Prior to finding Fixmywatch I would have been going to a jewelers or repair kiosk to get a repair completed/battery changed. I had a watch sat at home that I hadn’t worn for a good few months as I hadn’t got around to taking it out with me. The watch was collected, battery changed and back to me in 3 days with regular communication about where it was. As a nice surprise it was also returned in a great little travel case (which I will certainly use generally!). I would thoroughly recommend using these guys – they have created a great product and I will be using again. Thank you!

Absolutely outstanding service. Vintage 1963 14kt gold omega seamaster. I broke the crown & it stopped working.. tried several local dealers & repair shops.. all quoted minimum £500 to repair. Fixmywatch repaired & serviced it for £250.. that included courier collection & return. All arranged by them. & the watch came back polished & in a lovely watch box.. ideal for taking your precious watch on hols with you. All under 10 days ?????
