Sending your watch for repair couldn’t me more simple. We will not ask you to go out of your way to send us your watch, we’ll come to you on your chosen day.
DHL
With DHL, we will provide you with a pre-paid postage label for you to print at home and affix to your packaged watch.
We provide you with simple and easy to follow packing instructions to make sure your watch gets to us safely.
If you can’t print your own label, don’t worry, we have a DPD solution that may suit you more.
DPD
With DPD, there is no need to print any labels or even package your watch as we will send DPD to your address on your chosen day with a label and a secure hard case to package your watch in.
DPD will provide you with a 1-hour timeslot the morning of your collection so you know you can get on with the more important things in life.
Both of our courier options are insured so you have peace of mind that your watch is safe with us.

Our service centre is insured by one of the UK’s leading watch and jewellery insurers, T.H. March. Your parcels are also insured for both legs of the journey for your peace of mind.
