My tag watch is over thirty years old and needed a new battery, but having had a bad experience a few years ago with it being sent to the factory and being charged for work I didn't want tag to do, I have used jewellers since. This means a 40 plus mile round trip so I found this company on line and with the pick up and delivery service, enticed me to try. My watch has been returned, in excellent working order, safe and sound, even the date has been corrected and although it is not financially valuable anymore, its sentimental value to me is priceless. How long does a Rolex service take?

Most standard Rolex servicing is completed within a couple weeks. Any parts required may extend that slightly but we aim to have your watch back to you quicker than most service centres.

Can you repair older Rolex models?

Yes, most vintage Rolex servicing is no different to modern servicing in that the processes are the same.

Do you offer a warranty on Rolex repairs?

Yes, all complete servicing comes with a full repair warranty, as well as a warranty for our workmanship on replacing parts.

What happens if my Rolex requires extra parts?

We will always provide a quote for any additional parts or services before we undertake work so you’re not surprised at the end. Most minor internal parts are exchanged at no extra cost. Major internal or casing parts may incur a surcharge so if you’re not sure, you’re welcome to contact us beforehand for a more accurate estimate.
