Most standard Rolex servicing is completed within a couple weeks. Any parts required may extend that slightly but we aim to have your watch back to you quicker than most service centres.

Yes, most vintage Rolex servicing is no different to modern servicing in that the processes are the same.

Yes, all complete servicing comes with a full repair warranty, as well as a warranty for our workmanship on replacing parts.

We will always provide a quote for any additional parts or services before we undertake work so you’re not surprised at the end. Most minor internal parts are exchanged at no extra cost. Major internal or casing parts may incur a surcharge so if you’re not sure, you’re welcome to contact us beforehand for a more accurate estimate.
