Your Rado is insured at every step of the process from the moment it leaves your hands until its safe arrival back with you.

Most standard Rado servicing is completed within a couple weeks. Simple battery replacements within a few days. Any parts required may extend that slightly but we aim to have your watch back to you quicker than most service centres.

Yes, all complete servicing comes with a full repair warranty, as well as a warranty for our workmanship on replacing parts.

We will always provide a quote for any additional parts or services before we undertake work so you’re not surprised at the end. Most minor internal parts are exchanged at no extra cost. Major internal or casing parts may incur a surcharge so if you’re not sure, you’re welcome to contact us beforehand for a more accurate estimate.
