Once your watch is handed over, everything else is handled by us.

Drop your watch off in store
Leave your watch with the jeweller, who will securely log it in and prepare it for transfer. There’s no need to post your watch or arrange a courier yourself.

Secure transfer to our accredited workshop
Your watch is safely transported to our specialist service centre, where it is booked in and insured before any work begins.

Repair and service by our watchmakers
Our experienced watchmakers examine your watch, confirm the required work, and carry out the repair or service using the appropriate tools and parts.
4.
Returned to the store for collection
Once complete, your watch is returned to the jeweller, ready for you to collect at a convenient time.
