Do I need an appointment to drop off?
Whilst it’s always better to book in on our website first, you can just head straight to one of our partners who can help you with all your repair queries.
How long does the process take?
Timescales depend on the type of repair required. You’ll be advised once your watch has been assessed.
Can I still choose courier collection instead?
Yes. Courier collection remains available if you prefer to send your watch directly.
What happens if I decide not to go ahead?
If you choose not to proceed after assessment, your watch will be returned to the store for collection.
