    • An example of this may be if your watch has stopped shortly after a battery replacement, It may not always be the battery that is faulty, there are a lot of moving parts in your watch and highly technical parts including electrical circuits and coils. If one of these is damaged, it will need to be fully serviced to rectify any issues.
  4. Scenario 4: User Error
    • In some cases, the reported issue might be related to the way the watch is being used or maintained. For example, not winding a mechanical watch enough or not providing sufficient light to a solar-powered watch.
    • We will educate and assist you with the proper usage and care of your watch to prevent any future problems. For this scenario, a £15.00 assessment fee will be due.
  5. Scenario 5: Customer Negligence
    • If the fault is attributed to customer negligence or misuse, such as accidental damage or improper handling, repairs may be required at an additional cost.
    • We will provide a clear cost estimate to rectify the issue, and any declined repairs will incur an examination/administration fee.
