How long does the repair process take?
Our typical repair turnaround is within 1 week for simple repairs such as battery replacements and resealing, and little longer for servicing, usually 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the service and the parts required.
Do you provide a warranty for your repairs?
All our repairs come with a 24-month comprehensive warranty.
How do I pay for repairs?
You don’t need to pay anything upfront. We’ll collect your watch for free. Payment is only due when we’re satisfied that all repairs are complete and all quality control tests are passed.

We repair all Cartier watch models, including Tank, Santos, Ballon Bleu, and others.
What repairs do you do?
We provide all types of repairs and services, including battery replacements (battery reseal), complete full servicing, case and bracelet refurbishment and polishing, and water-resistance tests.

As an accredited Cartier service centre, we only use 100% authentic Cartier parts directly ordered from Cartier.
Can I choose a specific date for collection of my Cartier?
Yes, during the booking process you can select from a list of available dates for collection by our courier partners, Parcel Force and DHL.

Your watch is fully insured with us from the moment it leaves your hands until it’s returned to you. Did you know that even if you take your watch to a trusted high street repairer, they are still putting it in the post, sometimes even to us!
